Case Management Recovery Support provides community-based solutions for individuals who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization and who are poorly engaged in clinical care. We connect clients to needed SSI/SSDI Benefit Applications, medical, social, legal, educational, housing, vocational, and other services and supports.

Children and adolescents can benefit from treatment to address a variety of presenting problems: out of control behavior, depression, abuse and trauma, difficulty in school, and more. Intervention techniques include play therapy, art therapy, behavior modification, and family therapy.

Family Connections is a court ordered and independently sought Supervised Family Visitation and Reunification Therapy service. Supervised visitation is for the noncustodial parent who is granted some supervised parenting time with their child(ren). Reunification Therapy supports children in reconnecting with their parent and helps mend the strained (or broken) relationship between parent and child in a comfortable setting.

Our medical management team (Medical Director/psychiatrist, ARNP, and RN/LPN) provide quality psychiatric services to our clients to improve mental/emotional functioning through the prescription and administration of psychotropic medication.? We also provide supervision of, and consultation in the non-medication therapeutic treatment.

We offer Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapy, which is effective in the treatment of adult opioid use disorders (OUD) and help to sustain recovery.

Our MHA Screening helps inform our clients about options they have in getting help for mental health concerns. We offer substance use treatment for adolescents and adults. We conduct a Screening and Assessment as a preliminary evaluation that attempts to determine whether key features of alcohol or drug abuse are present in an individual.

Held Tight – In My Mother’s Hands™ is prenatal and postpartum care for new and pregnant moms. Our service covers birth support, and postpartum care for up to 12 months, and facilitates a match to appropriate much needed permanent housing and support.
